When you use the contact form, Blades receives the name, email address, optional phone number, topic, and message you provide. Do not send sensitive personal, medical, financial, or payment information through this form.
How it is used
Blades uses contact information to respond to questions about barbershop services, appointments, and academy training. Contact-form messages are delivered by the website's email provider and are not sold.
Appointments and outside services
When online booking is available, it is handled by Square. When you continue to Square, its privacy terms apply to the information you submit there. This website does not receive or store your payment-card details.
Security and retention
The contact form uses anti-spam and email-delivery providers. Blades keeps messages only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.
